EUCALYPTUS THE PLANT
Scientific name: Eucalyptus Globulus.
- Description: Long-living evergreen tree with a height around 80-90 m., of the Myrtaceae family. There are more than 500 species of it on earth.
- Origins: From Australia. It was brought to Europe in the 18th century and the first one in Greece was planted in the Botanical Garden of Athens in 1864.
EUCALYPTUS “BIOLOGOS” ESSENTIAL OIL
- Technique: Extracted from the leaves of the plant through steam distillation.
- Scent: Strong, woody, similar to that of camphor, and colour starting colourless and becoming yellow over time.
- Country: Italy.

- Essential oils should be stored tightly closed in the storage container as they evaporate easily.
- CAUTION: keep essential oils AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
