- Curcumin is the component of turmeric that contains all the beneficial properties. In food sources of turmeric, curcumin is only 3%. The natural chemical compound of curcumin belongs to the group of polyphenolic compounds, which have anti-inflammatory action and increase the number of antioxidants.
- Ginger (Zingiber officinale) protects the lining of the stomach, as does piperine, the active ingredient in black pepper, which has been shown to greatly increase the absorption and bioavailability of curcumin.
How to use:
Take 1 capsule daily or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
