How to use:
Apply to dry and clean skin. Apply the pad around the area you want to protect with the gel side touching the skin. Stretch it in both directions before applying it to the big toe. Remove it during sleep.
To clean it, use warm water in which you have dissolved mild soap. Let it dry away from heat and sprinkle some talcum powder on top to prevent it from sticking.
To be stored in a dry and cool place.
