How to use:

For adults and children 2+ years old

In cases of allergic rhinitis, cold and sinusitis: A 1 to 3 seconds spray in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day, up to 6 times a day. Can be used for long term, up to 2 months in case of chronic symptoms : allergic rhinitis & rhinosinusitis.
