CITRONELLA THE PLANT
Scientific name: Cymbo Pogon and in Sri Lanka Cymbo Pogon Nardus.
Description: Whether wild or cultivated, it has more than 50 species.
Origins: Native in SE Asia, it also grows in Java, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka.
CITRONELLA “BIOLOGOS” ESSENTIAL OIL
Technique: Extracted from the plant through steam distillation.
Composition: Contains terpenic aldehydes (citronellal) and alcohols (geraniol and citronellol), ingredients that ensure the beneficial qualities of this oil.
Scent: Fresh, lemony.
Country: Indonesia.
